Local and remote AMR by PLC (Power Line Carrier) consists in using the existing
electricity supply network (by superposition of frequencies) to transport data in a bi-directional way.
It then becomes easy to exchange information and data between a concentrator (PLCC)
and cases (BPLC) to which Euridis stations are connected by bus (meters, radio receivers).
This concentrator can be used for :
Local reading by handle terminals via a magnetic plug
Remote reading by software via PSTN, GSM or Ethernet connection

A PLCC manages all cases located on the electricity supply network to which it is connected :
BPLC automatic discovery (maximum of 400)
Recovery of the Euridis addresses memorized by the BPLC (maximum of 800)
Data exchange, in a transparent way, between a software (Pracdis Plan version) or a handle
terminal (Euridis PLAN version) and the Euridis stations.

A BPLC provides the interface between a Euridis bus and the electricity supply
network in order to allow the exchange of data, by PLC means, between a
PLC PLAN concerntrator and Euridis Stations (meters, data collectors, radio receivers, ...) :

Management of a bus with a maximum of 100 Euridis stations
Euridis stations automatic discovery (up to 5) and memorization of their address
